Work today was very busy, mainly because the other guy I am usually working with wasn't there. My new iPhone kept me company tho. I work at the studio today at 2 also. This guy, Scott wants a digital to analog transfer; so we're doing that today. Any who, expect many Twitter and Lj updates now.

Hello dear livejournal. I have not forgotten you. I've simply been very busy. Working on many changes to minutefalling.com which won't be released for some time. I've been getting work doing different graphics and things. Working on my own music (stuff saving/buying equipment). I am also working at my friend's recording studio which opens Sunday. We've been very busy getting everything ready. Everyone is welcome to come to the open house 697 Sargent Ave. The studio is called Chill Recording Studio, we're located within Channels Audio & Production.

Today I somehow popped by big toe out of place. Its not really painful, just feels odd. Well back to working on this graphic and mixing one of my songs.

My computer has broken. I can't do any recording until I get the parts to build a new one. Yesterday night I went to a bonfire with some friends. It was good, we just sat around telling stories and enjoying the fire. Its been a long time since we've done that. We used to have bonfires there all the time.

Apparently one of the guys I went to school with and hung out with, now has a warrant for his arrest. He robbed a gas station with a bat. We weren't close friends but I did have a bunch of classes with him. He was always a little sketchy but its still a but of a shock.

I spend a good portion of my day today painted the shelve I built for my game consoles. Its now all black. It used to be white, red and wood color. It was a dresser that I converted to shelving. My room is a mess right now because my game systems are in a corner with my TV until the shelves dry. Tomorrow I'll set it all back up. My old dell computer has finally died. Well its freezing and crashing during every recording session. So I've decided to save up and build a new one. My old firepod has also died (or stopped working on the dell) so I might need another one as well.

Hmmm, what else?

Sorry for the lack of updates, but is that really a surprise? Well I've spend the last few days throwing various melodies and sounds to my new sampler. It adds something sweet to the sound. Some grit, depth and sweet sweet noise. As of current my CD is nothing but a mix of melodies and unfinished ideas. Still other gear to buy but mostly drum mics, cables and an other studio rack and some effects.

Well back to work on it all.

I feel like total crap today. DAMN COLD. I wish it would just go away.

I'm going to try and update this thing more. I know, I know I say that ALL the time but then I don't actually update. That's because I only want to post when something interesting happens, but nothing ever does so I never post. I'm going to 'attempt' to post about my ever boring days. Let myself ramble on like I am now. Its not like anyone really reads anyway.

FUCKING COLD!!!!!! My nose is running and I feel all gross. I've been listening to The Promise Ring and American Football lately, as well as BoC but when don't I listen to them??? I've decided that I will only buy the things for my music as Pré, once that is all done I'll get my cameras and I can FINALLY start updating my website again. I have the design all done and I really really like it. Its so simple and easy to work with. If I get tired of the colors all I need to do is change the one .css page and all is new again.

I think I am going to re-read either The Perks of Being A Wallflower, or Animal Farm. Not sure which... you decided! Oh wait, no one reads this. I've also started writing again. Trying to change it up a bit but I will probably go back to my old style at some point. A new of my sharpies died yesterday, that made me sad. I haven't used them in so long I guess they died without me. I can always get more but still!

Hmmm, what else should I say? Trying to make this as long as possible since I LOVE seeing a long post here. Oh, does anyone (meaning Leticia) know if sugarinmytea is coming back? Ohh [#2] I bought another guitar the other day. It will arrive around May 8th. Its a left (obviously) and yellow. Its a Tele copy but it'll be sweeet. But that's all for random buying. Well, ok I also just bought the I See It All book from Deth P. Sun since he is amazing... but THAT is the last random buy (i'll try my best). Once I get all this stuff finished I can do some random shopping, online since I'm a loner.

My throat STILL hurts, my left eye started hurting yesterday and now my ears feel all plugged and shit.So I didn't go too the wedding social last night, felt to shitty.

I wish Courtney (cute girl at work) would reply to my one facebook message. She goes on but didn't respond. She where talking on these but now, not. I guess it's just a sign.

Been playing drums again. I feel SOOO much better when I play, it has been to long. Also writing a little more again, gearing up to my website re-open which is depending on my CD to be complete... that will be a while.

The social was alright. I didn't drink, tho most of the people there where drunk... which is expected. It seems that everyone I went to school with is either pregnant, dating or getting married. Made me kind of depressed thinking of how nothing really has changed for me since I finished school. It was good seeing everyone again tho. I should update more.

It's really nice outside today. I have my bedroom window open to get some fresh air in, which is really nice to do. I haven't done much today but that is alright with me. Sometimes it is nice to sit around and do nothing.

Yesterday I ordered two of the new iPod shuffles. They're really cool, so small and have a built in clip. They can hold 1000 songs which is enough for when I'm at work or walking around town. I bought a silver one for me and a black one for my mom. They should arrive by the end of the month.

I'm not sure if i've said this already and I can't be bothered to read my own posts so.... A month or two ago I got my old Dell computer up and running again. It took some trouble shooting but I got it going after a year (give or take) of not-working-nes. Its not the best but it will do for recording. The good computer is used for mixing in another room and the laptop (which I'm on) is for website creating/editing, writing and internet use.

I am thinking of saving up for a Macbook or Macbook Pro for paying live. I didn't think I would need a live setup but a few people have asked if I would ever play live... so we'll see. It won't be for a while. Who knows, I might end up doing a really old school setup with sequencers and samplers.

Thats all for my geeky post.

PS. I'm updating more upon the frequent request of Melissa... because, shes cool ya know.
