Sorry for the lack of updates, but is that really a surprise? Well I've spend the last few days throwing various melodies and sounds to my new sampler. It adds something sweet to the sound. Some grit, depth and sweet sweet noise. As of current my CD is nothing but a mix of melodies and unfinished ideas. Still other gear to buy but mostly drum mics, cables and an other studio rack and some effects.
Well back to work on it all. |

Just been having fun play Kirby's Dreamland on my old Dot Matrix Game Boy. I got the game the other day, already beat it. Its super easy but fun. That's about all I've been doing but thought I'd post it anyway. Bye. |

I feel like total crap today. DAMN COLD. I wish it would just go away.
I'm going to try and update this thing more. I know, I know I say that ALL the time but then I don't actually update. That's because I only want to post when something interesting happens, but nothing ever does so I never post. I'm going to 'attempt' to post about my ever boring days. Let myself ramble on like I am now. Its not like anyone really reads anyway.
FUCKING COLD!!!!!! My nose is running and I feel all gross. I've been listening to The Promise Ring and American Football lately, as well as BoC but when don't I listen to them??? I've decided that I will only buy the things for my music as Pré, once that is all done I'll get my cameras and I can FINALLY start updating my website again. I have the design all done and I really really like it. Its so simple and easy to work with. If I get tired of the colors all I need to do is change the one .css page and all is new again.
I think I am going to re-read either The Perks of Being A Wallflower, or Animal Farm. Not sure which... you decided! Oh wait, no one reads this. I've also started writing again. Trying to change it up a bit but I will probably go back to my old style at some point. A new of my sharpies died yesterday, that made me sad. I haven't used them in so long I guess they died without me. I can always get more but still!
Hmmm, what else should I say? Trying to make this as long as possible since I LOVE seeing a long post here. Oh, does anyone (meaning Leticia) know if sugarinmytea is coming back? Leticia I wanna see yo baby... I bet hes grown soo much since I last saw him in your belly haha. Also your picture on your LJ is really cute.
Ohh [#2] I bought another guitar the other day. It will arrive around May 8th. Its a left (obviously) and yellow. Its a Tele copy but it'll be sweeet. But that's all for random buying. Well, ok I also just bought the I See It All book from Deth P. Sun since he is amazing... but THAT is the last random buy (i'll try my best). Once I get all this stuff finished I can do some random shopping, online since I'm a loner.
Also, Karen I miss talking to you. You where really cool and fun to talk to. Please update your DevART. |

I got a lovely junk email that had an interesting title. Magical Orgasm Vibrator. Hmmm, if I wasn't sure it would have viruses I would have read it for a good laugh.
My throat STILL hurts, my left eye started hurting yesterday and now my ears feel all plugged and shit.So I didn't go too the wedding social last night, felt to shitty.
I wish Courtney (cute girl at work) would reply to my one facebook message. She goes on but didn't respond. She where talking on these but now, not. I guess it's just a sign.
Been playing drums again. I feel SOOO much better when I play, it has been to long. Also writing a little more again, gearing up to my website re-open which is depending on my CD to be complete... that will be a while. |

The social was alright. I didn't drink, tho most of the people there where drunk... which is expected. It seems that everyone I went to school with is either pregnant, dating or getting married. Made me kind of depressed thinking of how nothing really has changed for me since I finished school. It was good seeing everyone again tho. I should update more. |

I can't sleep so I'm going to write and maybe start working on some drawings. I guess I over slept so now I'm not tired.

It's really nice outside today. I have my bedroom window open to get some fresh air in, which is really nice to do. I haven't done much today but that is alright with me. Sometimes it is nice to sit around and do nothing.
Yesterday I ordered two of the new iPod shuffles. They're really cool, so small and have a built in clip. They can hold 1000 songs which is enough for when I'm at work or walking around town. I bought a silver one for me and a black one for my mom. They should arrive by the end of the month.
I'm not sure if i've said this already and I can't be bothered to read my own posts so.... A month or two ago I got my old Dell computer up and running again. It took some trouble shooting but I got it going after a year (give or take) of not-working-nes. Its not the best but it will do for recording. The good computer is used for mixing in another room and the laptop (which I'm on) is for website creating/editing, writing and internet use.
I am thinking of saving up for a Macbook or Macbook Pro for paying live. I didn't think I would need a live setup but a few people have asked if I would ever play live... so we'll see. It won't be for a while. Who knows, I might end up doing a really old school setup with sequencers and samplers.

Just started recording a new song for my CD. Not sure the title yet but its pretty cool so far. It has a funky drum sample and bass line. I like it. A lot of editing and layering of the drums today; and a little messing around on the bass sound. Now I have to work on the synth parts and do some extra touches to it. I want to keep it pretty simple and minimal. |

Not a whole lot going on really. Buying more recording and music gear. I'm getting more into combining software and hardware hear... vintage and new. I think I love the sound of analog but there is a lot to say for new as well. So I'm mixing them.
Work has been pretty good. They aren't giving us overtime pay anymore which sucks but no one losses their jobs so I guess its alright. Everything is breaking down. The other day we where down to one bundling machine and the forklift broke as well. So nothing was done in a hurry.
Mom is enjoying her retirement.
I guess that's it. Sorry for not updating much.
